The photos of the card laying down show the lighter aspect of the glitter:

Flowers made with the scraps of Super Adhesive Sheets and glitters. The brads are heat embossed, and the flowers are distressed with the same color embossing powder:

Silly little sentiment - also slightly distressed with embossing powder:

I wish you could see this card in person! It sparkles all over:

Glittery-goodness for sure! Lots of great tips and details. Love that dark purple dry embossed background. I don't think I've tried that technique yet, but now I definitely will :-)

Dang! This is cool. I love the dry embossed background. I will definitely be trying that technique. This card is really bright and glittery and I wish I could see it in person. I like too that you showed us the card flat and also standing up - the embossed texture really does change depending on the perspective. I am delighted by this card and love it. Thanks so much for creating it!

Oooh this is just so lovely Donna - I can always trust that you will enlighten me in one way or another - firstly I adore the glittery tutorial - I learn from you all the time and secondly I now know why me life is never in control 'cos me bust-bodice (bra) and apple-catchers (knickers) don't match! Methinks I'm a tad too old to change now though - so I shall keep on being totally out of control - poor hubby! I also love the pics that you pop onto your blog, this card really is a corker!

As for the paper on my Christmas card - it is really thick paper or a lightweight card so I could easily distress it. If I'd distressed ordinary paper I would probably have ended up with confetti! C'est la vie! Catch you again soon and please take care of yourselves. Big hugs Sue Pxxx
