What I **can** share is the winner of the blog candy from this post. I enjoyed reading all the scenarios you shared.
The name my husband drew from the basket is: Amy#8546 of The Tigers Haven
As promised, I have contacted Amy to let her know she won three Sparkle N Sprinkle stamp sets. Thanks for playing! (and we will do it again).
Today's card share is a sweet little House Mousie CAS - clean and simple - get well card.
Except for the tail, these vibrantly colored, adorable characters were colored with chalks. My friends know that I don't do anything quickly. But this was very quick and easy to put together. The background was also chalked.
Aren't these little guys the cutest?
It was difficult, but I managed not to include a single embellishment, except to apply Crystal Lacquer to the bandaids. Does that count?
Thanks for visiting.
This little CAS card has been submitted to the ABC Challenge - ABC11 Clean and Simple challenge (badge shown in top tab)
and to a brand new Challenge Blog called Creative Creations Challenges. Their first challenge is called #1 Anything Goes. (Congrats to their new design team, too)
Get Well Hugs for everyone who is under the weather,

I happen to have that House Mouse stamp and it's so perfect for get well cards. Marvelous coloring, my friend! Love their rosy little cheeks. :-D I have to admit the best card ever using this stamp was a card made for a gal who had just broken off her year-long engagement. Weird as it may sound, she loved it and thought the list of "Do Nots" was perfect for healing after a broken romance. I also know she has a great sense of humor! lol
Very cute Donna. Gotta love the mice. Your shading is very pretty. No embellishments is real hard, takes a lot of self control, I know! (I got the cutest mouse DP yesterday, I can't wait to make something with it.) Hugs. TFS Debi
I love your coloring. This is so neat. I really want to learn more coloring techniques so I know I am in the right place. Thanks for the inspiration. And Thank you for the win on the blog candy too. I already replied to your email. Glad you had a nice day. I cant complain either. The weather was warm and nice. HUGS!!
De, I love the way you colored this with chalks. It is adorable! I only have about 5-6 House Mouse stamps and this is one of them. Chalks are fast but haven't used any for a long time but you really have inspired me to try them again. Hope you win something with this card!
Your house mouse (mice) are so cute & yur coloring with the chalks is beautiful ! Enjoy your wonderful weather, here we have fog, rain and still have snow. Cheers, Shirleyx
So cute Donna! I love the list!! So funny - might have to get this one. Seems appropriate for more than not feeling well. But it definitely did the trick with me - put a smile on my face, despite this lingering cough. My two youngest have been suffering this week too, both off school! I'm at the end of my rope (but I won't get into a Mud Puddle - unless it comes in a jar!!!)
This card is gorgeous Donna! No need for any other embellishments with such a beautifully coloured image.

You did a great job coloring with chalks, beautifully done! Thank you for joining us this week at ABC challenges!
Aww, what a sweet card. Love your soft colors (& what a neat idea to do the paper in multiple colors instead of just white!)
Very cute Donna!
Hi Ms Donna, coloring with chalks is an art and you captured it beautifully. Thanks for your visit and leaving the lovely comments.

Hi Donna, Your colouring looks amazing!! The layers of colour are blended beautifully - I love this look. The image is so cute, and so is your sentiment. A gorgeous CAS card!
Hugs, Dawn
Hi Donna, love to use chalks too, do you seal your work with anything after using chalk? In answer to your question re my flower I used tulle with spots on them It was white with black spots. I cut them both with the TH die on the cuttlebug...I then put them all together with a brad, lightly wet them with a spray of water then scrunched them up...sometimes after scrunching I will use the heat gun to dry them off as this seems to hold the shape better, depending on the paper used.
I am totally amazed with your creations Donna, you are such a talented lady with artistic skills...luv aNNie
