At 6AM this morning, my dear husband exclaimed, "Donna! It's only 45 outside!" To which I replied, "Let me dig out your snowsuit!"
LOL! If it is below 70F, Jack dons a heavy hoodie. Still, there is nothing so beautiful as one's home, right? There really is no place like home, and we love our Florida home!
Today's post is a little sampler of cards recently completed from my "Unfinished Projects Box":
These mummies with googly eyes are something I saw on Pinterest a while back! So cute! The torn strips were distressed for dimension and a sense of "ancientness" LOL
The die cuts are Spellbinders. The horizontal brown strip holds some burlap, with a glitter strip atop. That heart is really glittery, from old crafty stash.
Wishing you all lovely times together with your friends and family this Autumn Holiday Season! Thank you so much for stopping by.

OMG ... these cards are awesome Donna! Love them all! I would love to have a couple more 60 degree days to finish up my outside Fall clean up but 40s/50s it is so just have to deal with it! LOL They are actually saying we'll see our first snowfall here in Ohio on Monday/Tues.
Thanks so much for joining in the fun at our Four Seasons & Neglected Stuff challenges! Good Luck and we hope you’ll come back often.

Fabulous cards Donna, all perfect for the season, really love those cute mummies with the googly eyes- so effective and such fun.

I think I have those mummy cards saved also to give a try, yours are too cute. I also love your Autumn Blessing card and it is here by my chair on the end table so I can enjoy it's beauty all day :). We have been having quite the cool temperatures, and in a couple of nights will be getting into the 20"s, that is a bit too cold for me :). But I do love my home and am very thankful for it too!
Donna: the pumpkin accent plus the pumpkins print paper behind the burlap and heart make for a wonderful autumn seasonal card! A smilemaker! Thanks for creating and sharing for FQCB's pumpkin theme! -- Becca
Donna: Thanks #2 for creating and sharing for Heart's Quest! The glitter heart and trim add some great sparkle for your autumn blessings card! And the contrast of glitter against burlap is great creative fun! (also I like the other version with the scarecrow, too!) -- Becca
Hmmm... I have a mummy card saved, too, but I don't recall it being this cute and colorful. I'll have to look it up again. Those googly eyes are so fun, and I love the O's as eyes, positioned perfectly to be looking up at the other eyes. Your autumn cards are finished beautifully. I just now had to pause to look up my woven ribbon as I'd forgotten about it again. Found it in my trims box. So many fun and pretty things in there! I know it felt good to finish up these cards and have them come out so good! My Rich is the same about the temperature, but it's due to his poor circulation and oxygen deficiency. He wears layers on the warmest days. It's so true that there's no place like home. Hugs!
Fabulous collection of cards! I've not seen a mummy card, so cool, those fall cards are fabulous, great designs sweet friend!
