Stamp Club Heart-Flourish challenge

Welcome, dear blogging friends! I hope you and your families are well.

This month our stamp club was challenged by Terry Weigand to case a card using Papertrey Ink's flourish stamp. The pretty card was created by Lisa at her "I'm In Haven" blog.

Here is Lisa's card we cased:

The images were stamped on 4.25 x 5.5 white card stock, and each person took several to work on.
It was a great challenge and lots of fun!
Two weeks later, here are my four finished cards.

Green-Black-Yellow:

A8 size card
Close Up of papers used in project.
Using the same design elements on the interior.

Green-Purple:

It's so enjoyable using this shape to make cards.
Using long-forgotten-about Martha Stewart Hydrangea punch
Card interior employing the same theme elements.

More cards:

Turquoise and Black:

A7 (5x7) size - the frame is actually my first attempt at cutting out chip board, and then glittering it, of course.
Carried out the shape theme on the inside.

Turquoise and Orange:

First - a little tip to share:
if reading from my blog, please click images to enlarge

Finished Card:

Card Interior Uses the same die cut set.

Thanks for visiting today - and thanks for a great challenge day, Terry!

Oh Donna!! Your cards are all awesome! One is prettier then the next one! I love that stamp and what a great tip on how to "stretch" a die to make it fit on a card!!

These are all just spectacular, wow! Love them all, but that shaped turquoise and black version just wows me. The dramatic color combo and the unusual shape really caught my eye. Love how you show us how to get more out of our dies and fit the card size that we choose. I am still trying to figure out how to stack and layer die cuts so any tips are more than welcome!

These are all beautiful, Donna! And what a fun challenge for your stamp club! I really love what you've done with all of them. I think my favourite is the green and purple because I love this colour combo and it's such a cool shape. My second favourite is the black and turquoise - love the rounded corners! Thanks for the tip about the die-cut frame! Sending hugs your way, dear friend!

There sure is a lot to love here today, Donna! I can't say which is a favorite, but I sure love the corner treatment on the green card. Green is a favorite color of mine, anyway. And then the white frame and your brilliant way of enlarging it... oh, and the scalloped purple card... Glad I don't have to choose one!

I love how each one is totally different, even though they used the same image. Beautiful cards. Thanks for sharing. :-)

WOW, Donna, you've been busy and productive! Amazing how different your made each one look even using the same image on each one. Obviously, I love the one with purple but each color combo is terrific in it's own right. So glad you found the hydrangea punch -- lovely use of those flower bits.
Great tip on cutting frame die cuts in half. I'm definitely going to steal -- er, ah, use -- that idea. I love my framing dies but often find that I want the image to be larger than will fit inside one of them. What a great solution to that problem, with or without die cuts to cover the 'holes' in the frame! I like the look of your cut frame even without the butterfly and hearts. :-D

Hallo liebe Donna,

wow, du hast so viele wundervolle Karten gestaltet.

Of course you made four cards! And each one prettier than the next. Funny how just changing colors and designs you don't realize it is the same stamp. And your "fix" for the beautiful die cut is very clever indeed! Love them ALL. Have lots of flourish stamps, great idea to hang the hearts from them, thanks for your inspiration.
