My blog is called "Creative Smiles" because my designs are the result of incorporating mistakes. With fumble fingers that drop whatever they are holding - repeatedly, it takes a lot of giggles, smiles and creative patience during my crafting process. xx

Silly Scrapbooking Squirrel {Crafts Galore Encore}

Greetings, sweet crafty friends!
(a little freebie awaits you at the end)

It's time for another Crafts Galore Encore Challenge!

STORY TIME!

"Cuteness Escapes to the Country"
(inspired by The cutie Pie Challenge)

Today, Dancing Squirrel is showing off her scrapbook photos of the great fun enjoyed!

Being a "City Squirrel", my cutie, Silly Dancing Squirrel, enjoyed a lovely day, escaping to the country. She scampered up trees, leaping from branch to branch, and chattered the day away with new country friends! While there, Dancing Squirrel made a new friend, and she has promised to come back very soon.

If you follow Pamellia's Beautiful "My Little Craft Things" blog,
you will recognize Dancing Squirrel's sweet friend!

Her new friend is:
none other than Pamellia's Pumpkin!

I am very glad Pumpkin was there for Dancing Squirrel on her first trip to the country.

Pamellia, thank you for teaching little Pumpkin such good manners, and showing Dancing Squirrel the ropes for proper country deportment!

OK, sorry - I got carried away -

back to the challenge LOL

Our Sponsor this month is

The Rules to the Challenge are easy!
Just create your projects (using any crafting medium) according to this month's theme,

This month's challenge theme is

"Anything Goes"

I am playing with Fabrika Fantasy's pre-colored, silly and darling Dancing Squirrel.

Fun Pieces and layers.
I also changed the color of her daisy chain crown:

A great time using older die cuts, punches and VERY MUCH OLDER papers! LOL

And then things got a little wonky:

Love those new "Next Level" embossing folders - the embossed areas are like tiny pillows!

Interiors using some leftovers

Donna, I'm so excited about what you did with those particular die cuts! I have most of the die sets you used and that means I'm probably going to be CASEing the 'wonky' card because I adore the design, including the image and the flower embellies.
